I started Aureo Contractor Agency after watching good HVAC and plumbing companies lose jobs to worse competitors with better marketing. The work was there, the reputation was there — the visibility wasn't. Before this I was a diesel mechanic: early mornings, busted knuckles, and a lot of time around guys who ran their own trucks and their own businesses. On the side I taught myself marketing, design and WordPress, building practice sites nobody asked for until I was good enough to charge for them.

I do the opposite: I specialize in HVAC and plumbing, I run every account myself, and every report is measured in the only number that matters — jobs on your calendar.
